Buying horses and ponies

We are prepared to consider purchasing horses/ponies when it is clear that the owner and horse's "chemistry" is not compatible. Matching the horse to the person is all important to the well being of both and is not necessarily a failure if things do not work out. It is better to admit it and move on.
