Milly Clarke, who has been part of our yard longer than we can remember, having ridden with us since a child, is our yard manager and right hand girl, also a very important person in the system. She makes absolutely sure that each and every horse on the farm is looked after to the best of hers and our ability, pandering to their daily needs and reporting back to us of any issues that might need addressing.
Milly is brilliant with the children, doesn’t miss a trick, and holds her BHS stage 3 qualification. She is presently training for her Stage 3 coach certificate.

Both Jess and Milly deliver lessons daily, and take out hacks, with the help of our other part time staff members.
In between all this, they both work hard at producing and selling horses and ponies, alongside breaking in and schooling other peoples horses throughout the year.

All our yard staff under go continual professional development and training for their job, they are DBS checked, and hold current Safeguarding and First Aid Certificates.
